How long does shipping take for a new bike?

Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes 7-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.

Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?

To ensure safe transit, our bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step guide in the box.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in original, unridden condition. Please keep the original packaging to ensure a smooth return process. Note that restocking fees may apply.

Do n+ bikes come with a warranty?

Yes, every n+ bike comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on all original components against manufacturing defects.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm for eligible customers.

How do I choose the right bike size?
